Cookie policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. What cookies we use
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage and pixels — are covered by the same rules and by this policy.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function and are set without consent, as permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
fth.consent.v1 | Remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. | 12 months |
fth.request.v1 | Keeps your part-completed request so you do not lose it on refresh. Stored on your device only. | Session |
fth.request.v1.draft | Same purpose, for the multi-step request form. | Session |
Analytics — consent required
If you accept, we set analytics cookies to understand which pages help drivers and where the request flow loses people. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site continues to work normally.
Marketing
We do not currently run advertising or remarketing pixels on this site. If that changes, this policy and the consent banner will be updated before any such tag is deployed.
2. Managing your choice
The banner appears on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner reappear.
All major browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the request form from retaining your progress.
3. Third parties
We load web fonts from Google Fonts. This does not set cookies, but it does involve a request to Google's servers which will include your IP address. If you would prefer this not to happen, browser extensions that block third-party requests will prevent it, and the site will fall back to system fonts.
4. Changes
We will update this page whenever the cookies we use change, and update the date at the top.
