Mobile tyre prices, published up front.
Realistic UK ranges for 2026 — not teaser figures. Your actual quote comes from a real fitter and you see it before anything is booked.
What mobile tyre work costs in the UK.
These reflect what fitters on this platform actually quote. Where you fall in the range depends on your tyre size, location, timing and how far the fitter has to travel.
| Job | Typical UK range | What is included / what affects it |
|---|---|---|
| Puncture repair (1 tyre) | £35 – £60 | Assessed on site. If the tyre cannot be safely repaired you are quoted for replacement before any work starts. |
| Mobile fitting — supplied by you | £25 – £45 per tyre | You buy the tyre, the fitter fits and balances it. Common for performance and unusual sizes. |
| Mobile fitting — tyre supplied | £70 – £190+ per tyre | All-in: tyre, fitting, balancing, valve, disposal and VAT. Size, brand tier and load rating drive the range. |
| Spare wheel / space-saver fit | £40 – £75 | Fastest route back on the road when you have a usable spare. |
| Emergency / out-of-hours callout | £70 – £150 | Reflects time of day and distance. Always quoted before a fitter is dispatched. |
| Van & light commercial | From £95 per tyre | Higher load index and reinforced fitments cost more than the equivalent car tyre. |
The quote is the all-in figure.
When a fitter quotes through FlatTyreHelp, it covers the whole job. There is no separate bill for the things that make a tyre fitting a tyre fitting.
- The tyre itself — Where the fitter is supplying it, in the correct size, load index and speed rating.
- Fitting and balancing — Dynamic balancing, not just bolted back on.
- A new valve — Rubber valve where applicable; TPMS service kit quoted separately if the sensor needs one.
- Disposal of the old tyre — Removed by the fitter through a licensed waste route.
- Travel to your location — The call-out element is inside the quoted figure.
- VAT — Quotes shown to consumers include VAT.
What might cost extra
These are quoted separately and only when they apply — you will be told before the work starts, not after:
- A replacement TPMS sensor if yours has failed
- Removing a locking wheel nut with no key
- Cleaning out aerosol tyre sealant
- A wheel that is seized to the hub and needs freeing
- A second visit if the vehicle is not accessible on arrival

The platform takes a commission from the fitter on completed jobs. That is why the price you see is the price you pay — we are not adding a booking fee on top of the fitter’s quote.
You pay the fitter for the completed work, at the agreed figure. Payment methods vary by fitter — most take card on site. You are told before the fitter is dispatched.
If you decline the replacement quote, you pay the agreed call-out or inspection charge only. That figure is shown to you up front, so there is no ambiguity.
Yes, particularly overnight, on Sundays and on bank holidays — fewer fitters are working and travel distances are longer. The quote you are shown already includes that, so nothing is added afterwards.
Commercial fitments carry a higher load index and are usually reinforced. The construction costs more to manufacture, and the tyre is heavier to handle.
Yes. Plenty of drivers buy online and just need fitting. Fit-only is typically £25–£45 per tyre — select "New tyres to be fitted" when you send your request and mention that you already have them.
